Description

1. Vehicles must be parked in the areas assigned by house number or in visitor parking lots, not on streets or green areas.
2. Loud music is not allowed in the residences. It must be kept at a moderate volume.
3. Respect the speed, pet, no parking and other signs. Respect the regulations of the residential pools.
4. Food, drinks and refrigerators cannot be brought into the Beach Club.
5. Guests are the responsibility of each owner and must pay for what they consume before leaving the Clubs daily.
6. The beach area intended for owners and their guests is located in the Club, access to the Hotel facilities is not possible without having paid for the services.
7. Day passes, night passes and combined passes must be requested at the Villas coordination 24 hours in advance and can be purchased in Lobby #2. Subject to hotel availability.
8. In the lounge area and lounge of the Beach Club you must enter with shoes and/or a sweater. Objects in the Beach Club and Golf Club are the responsibility of their owners, the administration is not responsible for loss or theft, etc. They must stand at security checkpoints and wait for the guards to verify the lists authorized by the owners.
9. The maximum number of Beach Club guests per house is only 6 adults and up to 2 children under 8 years old. In case guests attend the Clubs without the owners, they must be previously notified to the villa coordination to notify the security controls.
10. Please note that business hours are from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, via email and 24 hours in advance.
11. Minors must not drive within the residence, unless they are 16 years old and have a driver's license issued by the corresponding authority. 4 x 4 vehicles (motorcycles are not allowed). In exceptional cases, they are only driven by adults and serve as a means of internal transportation to and from the beach.
12. We remind you that pets (dogs, cats, etc.) are not allowed in the beach club, they are only offered access to the beach.
13. The golf course is used by golfers from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm (depending on the season), for this reason the use of paths and green areas for walking minors, moving from one place to another, walking, cycling or playing is prohibited.
14. Decamerón Hotels and golfers are not responsible for any accident if the course is invaded during the stipulated hours.

The purpose of the note regarding the rules in the area is due to the constant situations we have had with guests of owners who, when approaching, comment that they do not know them, this is a decision that Villa Coordination has had to take due to the constant complaints from the same owners and residents of the Costa Blanca.
