Our history

Pierre Marleau is a Canadian who immigrated to Panama in 2010 to continue pursuing one of his great passions: construction. In 2012, he worked with a real estate property management company. This opportunity allowed him to gain experience and discover his passion for the real estate sector.

Shortly after, he met Iris Arcia, a Panamanian Human Resources graduate. Together, they founded Uncover Panama Real Estate Company. Since then, Iris Arcia and Pierre Marleau have focused on providing effective solutions within the Panamanian real estate sector to many clients.

Thanks to Iris's focus and discipline, she has become an experienced entrepreneur in real estate, property management, and general management of Uncover Panama Real Estate Company.

On the other hand, Pierre offers an attractive alternative for those who want the help of a real estate professional. This is thanks to an excellent communication relationship that provides a sense of security for the client and their property.
