Rules for using the Decameron Private Beach Club at Costa Blanca Golf & Villas

To maintain harmony within Costa Blanca Golf & Villas and ensure a premium experience at the Decameron Private Beach Club, the following general rules apply:

• Loud music is not allowed in the residences; volume must be moderate.
• Internal signage (speed, parking, pets) must be respected.
• Minors are not allowed to drive within the complex, unless they are at least 16 years old and have a valid license.
• Internal transportation to the beach is only allowed in 4x4 vehicles.
• Motorcycles are not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed inside the beach club. (they are allowed on the beach outside the club).
• Personal belongings are the sole responsibility of their owners.
• The administration is not responsible for loss or theft.
• These rules are intended to protect the coexistence and well-being of all residents.

Access to the private beach club is strictly regulated to preserve its exclusive nature:

• The area designated for owners and guests is the Beach Club only.
• Entry to hotel facilities without a corresponding pass is not permitted.
• Food, drinks, or coolers are not allowed.
• Shoes or a sweater must be worn to access the lounge.
• Maximum capacity per residence: 6 adults and 2 children under 8 years old.
• Guests not accompanied by the owner must be notified 24 hours in advance to Villa Coordination.
• All guests must pay for their consumption before leaving.
• The owner is responsible for the behavior of their guests.

• Passes available: daytime, nighttime, or combined.
• Minimum request: 24 hours in advance.
• Arranged through Villa Coordination.
• Passes purchased in Lobby #2.
• Subject to hotel availability.

This system ensures capacity control and quality of service.

• Exclusive use for golfers between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (depending on the season)
• Walking, children playing, cycling, or playing on the course is prohibited.
• Crossing the course during playing hours is not permitted.
• Decameron Hotels and golfers are not responsible for accidents resulting from non-compliance.
